Brownwood News – Early Police Department reports published Monday, July 23, 2018. All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records. July 22nd

  • 11:00 a.m. Reckless Driver – N Hwy 183. Vehicle swerving on roadway. Vehicle located and stopped. Driver having medical emergency. Fire/Ems responded. Driver transported to ER.
  • 9:30 p.m. DWI driver – 300 block of Early Boulevard – driver not intoxicated. Passenger issued citation open container.

July 21st

  • 9:22 a.m. Noise Nuisance – 130 Sudderth. Caller complained about loud music coming from neighbor.
  • 12:07 p.m. Reckless Driver – S Hwy 183. Vehicle driving high rate of speed.
  • 12:20 p.m. Agency Assist – N Hwy 183. assist DPS with arrest
  • 5:00 p.m.  Medical emergency – 100 block of Northline Dr. Lifeguard transported

July 20th

  • 12:10 a.m. Runaway juvenile – N Hwy 183. Agency assit with BCSO. Runaway possibly in vehicle headed toward Early.
  • 2:10 a.m. Welfare Check – 100 block of Chaparral Dr.
  • 1:45 p.m. Harassment – 1200 block of Eastwind Dr. caller being harassed by wife’s ex-husband’s girlfriend
  • 3:40 p.m.  Child neglect – 900 block of Early Boulevard – caller stated kids were not buckled in, moving around in vehicle. Officer lost vehicle in traffic unable to safely get to it
  • 6:10 p.m. Noise Nuisance – 130 Sudderth Dr. caller stated subjects have loud music.
  • 9:50 p.m.  Accident – 300 block of Early Boulevard – mall parking lot. Fire/Ems responded. 1 transported by EMS

July 19th

  • 9:45 a.m. Accident – Hwy 377 East. Fire/EMS responded. Truck hit RR overpass.
  • 11:20 a.m. Domestic Disturbance – 100 block of McDonald. Male left scene. Male located bleeding from hand. Fire/Ems responded.

July 18th

  • 11:00 a.m. Unwanted person – 200 block of Liveoaks. Male brought female home for the night. Refused to leave for 4 days. Adjusted
  • 11:20 a.m. Abandon Vehicle – Orchard Drive. Elderly lady out of gas. Assisted with getting gas. Vehicle on her way
  • 6:40 p.m. Accident – 100 block of Early Boulevard – Minor.
  • 11:40 p.m.  Civil matter – 200 block of Live Oak.
