Madenia Stansbury Palmore

Madenia Stansbury Palmore passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018 after a long, courageous battle with cancer.

She was born October 6, 1953 to W.M. and Mildred (Young) Stansbury.

Madenia was a wonderful wife, mother and friend.  She was loved for her strong faith, fun and opinionated personality, optimism and wonderful cooking.  Madenia is survived by her husband of 28 years, Jackie, her children Kery (Eddie) Clay of Eastland, Joseph Campbell of Cisco, Media (Larry) Roberts of Clyde, Lisa (David) Barnes of Lubbock, 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, sisters Sharion (Jack) Fry of Abilene, Marlene (Johnny) Cowan of Corpus Christi, along with several nieces and nephews.

Madenia was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter.  Honoring her wishes there will not be a funeral service.  Should friends desire, contributions may be sent to St. Jude Childrens Hospital in her name. Services entrusted to Brownwood Funeral Home.  Online condolence may be made atwww.brownwoodfuneralhome.net.
