Richard Collins 78 of Brownwood passed away Friday June 29, 2018  at Brownwood Nursing and Rehab.

Richard Collins was born July 12, 1939 in Winthrop MA to Edward Sr. and Charlotte Grover.  He received his primary education from Winthrop schools.  Soon after school Richard joined the United States Navy and served the country for many years.  In his spare time you could catch him playing bingo, and watching TV specifically CSI.

Richard was preceded in death by both parents, a sister, and twin brother Edward Collins Jr.
