Supreme Pizza Kabobs

These fun kabobs will delight your family. You can easily switch up the ingredients to create whatever pizza flavors you prefer.

Ingredients:

  • 14 Rhodes frozen bread rolls, thawed to room temperature
  • 14 bamboo skewers
  • 28-30 fully cooked frozen meatballs, thawed
  • sliced pepperoni
  • sliced black olives
  • chopped onion
  • green bell pepper, chopped
  • sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • pizza sauce for dipping

It’s best to assemble the ingredients in a line as you’ll be working to thread each skewer with rotating ingredients.

To start, use your hands to roll out a bread roll into a snake-like shape. Start your skewer by with a large piece of bell pepper, pushed 3/4 of the way down on the skewer. Next add a piece of onion, and then pepperoni. Thread one end of the bread down on the skewer. Next add a meatball and olives.

Work the bread dough around the meatball in an S shape and continue alternating ingredients: bell pepper, onion, pepperoni, bread, meatball and olives, until the skewer is filled.

Once all skewers have been filled, lay them on a large baking sheet.

In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the filled skewers on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, until bread dough is cooked and appears golden brown. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
