Brownwood News – Early Police Department reports released Wednesday, April 18, 2018. All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records. If charges are dismissed or the accused is found not guilty, people listed here can contact Brownwood News and provide us with documentation. April 16th

  • Community relations – Rainbow Drive – Officer notified resident his vehicle lights were on
  • Suspicious vehicle – Turtle Creek Drive on school property. Vehicle parked under trees. It was construction crews waiting on foreman
  • Loose Livestock – 700 block of Longhorn. Goats out.
  • Civil Matter – 700 block of Early Boulevard – options provided
  • Agency assist BCSO – Hwy 183 north.
  • Agency assist – outside law enforcement agency – 1200 block of CC Woodson
  • Suspicious – agency assist – Brownwood

April 15th

  • Accident – 100 block of Williams Drive.
  • Agency assist – Levelland PD. Missing person
  • Noise Nuissnace – 130 Sudderth Drive – contact made, problem corrected

April 14th

  • Accident – 400 block of Early Boulevard – 2 vehicles, airbag deployed, Fire/EMS enroute. Citation issued to at fault driver
  • Road Hazard – 200 block of Garmon. Power lines down
  • Road Hazard – 200 block of Lucus. Tree fell on the roadway.
  • Animal Running loose – 2 pit bull dogs. Unable to locate
  • Animals running loose – 2 pit bull dogs. Owner located
  • Hit and Run – 100 block of Meadow Lane. Report taken

April 13th

  • Harassment – 130 Sudderth Dr. caller reported subject will not leave her alone
  • Suspicious – 100 block of Early Boulevard – female driver in vehicle keeps pulling into bank drive through and sending the tube in to the bank and driving off.
  • Medical Emergency – 300 block of Grandview Dr. Lifeguard transported
  • Civil Standby – 200 block of Early Boulevard – options provided
  • Fire call – 600 block of Early Boulevard – Grass Fire
  • Alarm – 800 block of Early Boulevard – building secure
  • Warrant service – 100 block of Kings Court – Brandy Dean arrested on warrant for false report
  • Fire call – 100 block of Crescent. Tree on fire from power lines arcing

April 12th

  • Medical Emergency – Mark Allen Drive. Subject passed out on side of road.
  • Reckless Driver – North Hwy 183.
  • Theft – 200 block of Hilcrest Dr. Officer took a report
