Public Announcement – Brownwood City Hall, Landfill, Recycling Center and other non-emergency city facilities will close Monday, January 15th, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Emergency services are available for water line breaks and sewer backups 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 325-646-6000.

Residential curbside trash routes for the week will run as follows:

• Monday’s collection will take place on Tuesday
• Tuesday’s collection will take place on Wednesday
• Thursday and Friday will run regular schedule.

Please have your carts out by 7 a.m. to insure collection; Call 325-643-4200 with questions.

Regular operational hours for all City facilities will resume on Tuesday, January 16th.
