Jimmy Ray Wells Jr. 53, also known as “Jimmy Ray” passed away Tuesday January 2, 2018 at his residence in Copperas Cove.  Graveside service will be held at Jenkins Spring Cemetery Sunday January &, 2018 at 2pm.  A visitation will be held Sunday from 11-1pm at the Brownwood Funeral Home located at 2512 Belle Plain.

Jimmy was born November 19, 1964  in Brownwood TX to Jimmy Wells Sr. and Linda Wells.  Jimmy received his primary education from May independent School District.  While in School Jimmy Ray excelled in Football and Track.  Soon after High School Jimmy started a career in Farming.  Jimmy loved to be outside, he loved Farming, Fishing, and Truck Driving.

Jimmy was preceded in Death by Maternal Granpaerents Olen and Mary Kelley, and Paternal grandparents Willliam Lenzy and Billie Wells.

Left to cherish his memories are parents Jimmy Sr. and Linda Wells of Brownwood, son Frankie McMahan of Abilene, brothers; Ricky Wells and wife Ida of For Stockton, Joshua Wells of Dallas, Justin Wells of Dallas, and sister Josey Pearson of Dallas, uncles Ed Kelley of Early, and Will Kelley of Stephenville. Nephews: Terrance Wells and Tanner Wells both of Fort Stockton, niece; Tara Wells of San Angelo TX.  Online Condolences may be made at www.brownwoodfuneralhome.net
