A memorial service for Lisa Alldredge – Smart, age 45, of Abilene, Texas will be held 10 AM Thursday, July 27, 2017 at the Heartland Funeral Home in Early. The family will receive friends 6 – 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. She passed away Saturday July 22, 2017 at her residence.
Lisa Kay was born on July 19, 1972 in Hamilton, Texas to Joe and Patricia Palmer Register. She was raised in Early, Texas and after graduating from Early High School in 1990 she attended business school in Brownwood. She later became certified nurse’s aide and enjoyed her employment at Cross Country Nursing Home in Brownwood caring for the residents. On December 6, 2015, Lisa married Tommy Smart at the Brook Hollow Christian Church in Abilene, Texas.
Survivors include her husband Tommy Smart of Abilene; two sons Dustin and Harley Alldredge of Early; parents Joe and Pat Register of Early; sister Denise Brown and husband Danon of Austin; nieces Ella Yosef and Faith Brown and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Lisa was preceded in death by her grandparents Joyce Leach, Doyle Palmer, Joe L. and Ruby Register.
