Written by Scott Coers – Los Angeles Rams’ Safety, Cody Davis was at the Bruner Auto Group in Early Saturday signing autographs and taking photos with fans. Davis is a Stephenville native and an alumni of Texas Tech University.

Davis signed with the St. Louis Rams in 2013; the Ram’s have since moved the team to Los Angeles. Davis started three games in 2017 and recorded 14 tackles and 1 interception.

Davis’ father has been with the Bruner Auto service department for over 35 years.

“The Bruner Family has been part of my family growing up. I remember running around here growing up and I’m still running around here today,” said Davis.

“He spent about an hour this morning visiting with Howard Payne athletes, and that was a great start to the day,” said Greg Bruner, owner of the Bruner Auto Family.

“We really appreciate Cody making it here all the way from Los Angeles just for this event.”

Bruner Auto Group in Early will continue to run the Cody Davis Sales event through the end of July. Everyone who takes a test drive will receive a special Cody Davis autographed card and can enter to win prizes by Yeti and other Davis autographed memorabilia.
