Robin L. Barnett of May TX,  passed away in Bangs,  on May 6, 2017. A celebration of Life service will be held Monday May 20, 2017 at the American Legion Building in May.
Robin was born to Ted and Darla Summers on October 15, 1959 in Enid, OK.  She was a 12 year student of Guymon Public Schools, graduating in 1977.  Robin obtained her degree as a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Seward County Community College.  A lover of nature and animals, Robin spent her final years by the lake with her deer, dogs, cats, her prized birds, and other critters. She was an avid OU Sooner and Nascar fan and loved to fish.  Robin was a gifted creator and crafter and enjoyed making hand-made gifts.  
She is survived by her partner of 9 years, Jimmy Bourgeois of May, TX. Her mother, Darla Summers of Guymon, OK, sisters Rhonda (Don) January, Midwest City, OK and Roxanne Peterson, Saginaw, TX and their families, Jimmy’s children, James Bourgeois, Jr., Crystal Winfree and Melissa Grant, and their families, lifelong friends and family. She was preceded in death by her dad, Ted Summers, grandparents Bill and Juanita Summers, Merle and Berniece Philbrick and Clint Vance and great niece Grace Napier.
