Brownwood News – The board members, staff and families of Latch Key Program would like to thank the community for their support during their annual Hamburger Supper Fundraiser on Tuesday, April 11th.

[adrotate group=”8″]

“This event would not have been possible without the donations of many local businesses.  It amazes us ever year how the support of our program continues to grow and involve more individuals and more businesses. We are forever grateful for their love for Latch Key!” according to an email sent to Brownwood News.

During the Hamburger Supper the Latch Key Program had a raffle drawing.  The winners were:

1st prize: Pam Jenkins, who won the Texas Ranger’s package sponsored by the Texas Rangers, Car Corral and Texas Clean.

2nd prize: Pablo Salazar, who won the date night package donated by Section Hand and Academy Lanes.

3rd prize: Diana Arriaga, who won the family movie night donated by Pizza Hut and Krogers.

Latch Key depends on this fundraiser to finish off the school year.  The Program is open to families in the Brownwood ISD who are working during after school hours and qualify for free or reduced lunches at school. The families pay nothing for the program, everything is provided through United Way, grants, fundraisers, donations and memorials.
