Press Release – The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on January 19th for the Grand Opening of Cross Country Health Center’s new activity area for Alzheimer’s patients.

Cross Country Health Center staff is dedicated to providing love and attention to each resident allowing them to maintain their freedom and be a part of a community and family.  Introducing “Eden” a safe haven specifically designed to enhance the lives of residents.

The new rooms provide safe activities that give residents the opportunity to engage in all types of sensory experiences such as visual, auditory and tactile in our life stations. These life stations consist of a nursery, kitchen, secretary, construction, automotive, and music section.
