The Brownwood Public Library will be having a book signing and open conversation session about hunting with Luke Clayton, author of Kill to Grill: The Ultimate Guide to Hog Hunting, on January 21st at 10:30 a.m. The Brownwood Public Library is located at 600 Carnegie Street.

His book Kill to Grill: The Ultimate Guide to Hog Hunting, provides information and tips about hunting, butchering and even how to make sausage and cured ham as well.

Bio from CatfishRadio.com: Outdoors writer/radio host/book author Luke Clayton has loved everything  outdoors related since his childhood when he grew up hunting and fishing in rural northeast Texas. These days, radio has become a big part of keeping Luke busy but he’s still a very active outdoors writer.  Luke hosts three different outdoor radio shows each week; Outdoors with Luke Clayton and Friends, High Plains Outdoors and Outdoors with Luke Clayton.

Luke writes a weekly outdoors column that appears in over thirty newspapers. A good spot to read the column each week is www.ntxe-news.com and click ‘SPORTS’. Writing assignments include Hunting Editor for Airgun Hobbyist Magazine, feature writer for Texas Wildlife Magazine and Tracks Magazine. Luke is a staff writer for North American Hunter and Luke also freelances for several other outdoor publications.

Luke’s on the pro staff of Darton Archery, Smokin Tex Electric Smokers , Snap Lock Hunting Blinds and Airforce Airguns.
