Funeral Services for Chad Smith, age 47, of Dallas formerly of Brownwood will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Miles officiating; private interment at a later date. Visitation will be held prior to services from 12– 2 p.m. at Blaylock Funeral Home.  Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.

Chad passed away Thursday, December 29, 2016, in Dallas.
