Travis Martin Primitivo Guerrero

guerrero-travis-martin-primitivoTravis Martin Primitivo Guerrero, 32, of Coleman died Thursday, December 15, 2016.  Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 400 West Pecan Street, Coleman, with Rev. Dick Schultz officiating.  Burial will be in the Coleman City Cemetery.  A black and yellow balloon release will be done following the service at the cemetery.  Services are under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.

Travis was born March 27, 1984 in Coleman to Johnny Guerrero, Sr. and Ramona Saiz.  He grew up in Coleman and graduated from Panther Creek High School.  On April 3, 2009, Travis married Missy Dawn Beyers in Coleman.  Travis worked as a farm hand and had a great sense of humor.  He enjoyed making everyone laugh.  He was very determined in everything that he did.  He was a loving father and is children were his everything.  To them, he was a giant Teddy Bear.

Travis is survived by his father, Johnny Guerrero, Sr. and wife, Glynna, of Coleman; his mother, Ramona Saiz of Santa Anna; his wife, Missy Guerrero of Valera; four children, 13 year old Kaylee Barrick of Brownfield, 12 year old Destinie Garcia of Coleman, 10 year old Brian Guerrero of Kerrville, 6 year old Mia Guerrero of Coleman; two brothers, Johnny Guerrero, Jr. and wife, Christina, of Santa Anna, Primitivo Guerrero and wife, Emma, of Brownwood; one sister, Bonnie Guerrero Vasquez and husband, Michael, of Lubbock; grandparents, Rosa Anaya of Uvalde, Catarina Guerrero of Coleman; seven nephews, five nieces, several aunts, uncles, cousins and their extended families.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Primitivo Guerrero, Crespin Saiz and Ismael Anaya.

Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at the funeral home.
