Tuesday, December 13th
*2:00 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Austin Avenue in reference to a counterfeit $20 bill, which was placed into evidence. An investigation is ongoing.
Wednesday, December 14th
*7:00 a.m. Brownwood Police responded to a harassment call from the 2600 block of Crockett Drive. A report has been filed.
*9:58 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a north Brownwood business in reference to a burglary. During the previous night unknown suspects broke into the business and stole various items. The investigation is ongoing.
*8:34 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of 3rd street in reference to drug use. Upon arrival, officers spoke with complainants and arrested Terry Current for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 ounces.
Thursday, December 15th
*8:16 a.m. Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of 6th Street for a domestic disturbance. Reports for Assault Causing Bodily Injury/Family Violence, and Arson were filed. The investigation is ongoing.
*2:41 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to the 1000 block of West Commerce regarding Debit/Credit Card Abuse. A known suspect was listed in the report.
*2:48 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Avenue G regarding a theft. Upon arrival officers spoke with a complainant who stated copper wire on the roof of his residence had been stolen. A known suspect was named, and the complainant wished to file charges.
*Brown County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 40 year old Raphael Mares Costilla on a warrant for Failure to Appear regarding Driving While Intoxicated, second offense.
*Brown County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 26 year old Justin Michael Eubanks, of Kaufman, for Possession of a Controlled Substance, less than 2 ounces.
*Brownwood Police arrested 27 year old Nolberto Martinez Jr. on a warranted for Failure to Appear/Criminal Trespass of a Habitation, Interfering with Emergency Services.
*Early Police arrested 22 year old Lindsee Anne South for Assault of a Public Servant.
*Brown County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 62 year old Waynie Lee Rogers Wolfe for a probation violation.
Friday, December 16th
*12:38 p.m. Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop near the 200 block of Main for speeding. Upon contact with the driver, officers noted influence of alcohol. Brownwood Police arrested Chelsea Granger for Driving While Intoxicated.
