Three vehicles were involved in a collision near the intersection of Main Street and Austin Avenue, specifically the intersection of Whaley Street and Main, in Brownwood around 10:40 a.m today. A black 4-door car appeared to have rear-ended a white pickup truck, which bumped into another vehicle stopped at a red light at the intersection on the two main roads. The pickup truck sustained minimal damage. One female was transported by EMS services to Brownwood Regional Medical Center. Wet roads may have been a contributing factor. Motorists are urged to drive cautiously as rain continues through the week.
