Press Release – District Attorney Michael Murray reported several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court with District Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Those sentenced were:

• Rick Scott Walton pled guilty to the felony offense of burglary of a habitation and was sentenced to twenty years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Anthony Michael Thomison on probation for the state jail felony offense of unauthorized use of a vehicle and was adjudicated and sentenced to twelve months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Zachary Aaron Patterson pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of credit card or debit card abuse and was sentenced to six months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Sheila Ann Willett pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance and was sentenced to twelve months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Stetson Lee Wayne Walls pled guilty to two separate state jail felony offenses of forgery and one unauthorized use of a vehicle and was sentenced to twelve months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.
