District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that two felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court.

Marcus Alton Phillips pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Richard William Ray, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
