The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for PAR Country Club of Comanche on Thursday, September 1st during the Brownwood Business Expo to welcome them as new members.

PAR Country Club is located at 1658 Highway 2861 in Comanche.  It is noted for its 6,072 yard, Par 72, 18-hole golf course.  They are nestled in the heart of Texas with rolling hills located on the banks of Proctor Area Recreational Lake, a 14,100-acre lake built on the Leon River.  It is easily accessible and only a short drive from DeLeon, Dublin and Comanche.
