Charles “Chuck” Burnett, age 40, of Bangs passed away Monday, August 29, 2016, at his residence. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 10, 2016, at First Baptist Church of Bangs.

Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.
