The City Council of the City of Brownwood, Texas, reserves the right to meet in closed, executive session on any of the items listed below should the need arise and if authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

The City Council may deliberate and/or act on the following items:

4.  Public Hearing
A.  Council shall hold a public hearing on a proposal to increase total tax revnues from properties on the tax roll by 5.4% by adopting the proposed tax rate of $.7463 per $100 value.

5.  Requests and Presentations
A.  Consider approving a change order for the Waste Water Treatment Plant in the amount of $154,334.03.

6.  Workshop
Council may convene into the Haynes Conference Room for a Workshop on the following items:
A.  Community Subsidies

7.  Adjournment
