*8:38 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the area of LaMonte and LaVista Drive for a suspicious vehicle. According to the report, a vehicle was parked at this location, in the brush, at the bottom of Bangs Hill. The vehicle had been stolen during the night and was released back to the owner when recovered.
*7:20 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy received a report of illegal dumping and began an investigation. According to the report, when he arrived at the location of the offense, approximately 500 pounds of trash and debris had been dumped on the property.
*8:18 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of Campa Drive regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, a GoPro camera was stolen during the burglary.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy took a report regarding credit card abuse. According to the report, the complainant stated that two of her department store credit cards had been used without without her consent. A total of more than $3000 had been fraudulently charged to the credit card accounts, the report states.
*Brownwood Police arrested 50-year-old Kenneth Alton Butler for driving while intoxicated 3rd.
*Brownwood Police arrested 27-year-old Paul Anthony Gallardo of Austin, Texas on warrants related to failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram (Lampasas County), possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear/dangerous drug, failure to appear/theft (Taylor County) and failure to appear/debit card abuse (Taylor County). Gallardo was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $14,000 as of Tuesday morning.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old James Brandon Perry of Eastland, Texas on a warrant related to motion to revoke/resist arrest, search or transport.
*Brownwood Police arrested 34-year-old Jessica Rose Walton of Brownwood on an Eastland County warrant related to theft.
