Early Pioneer Days Concert Tickets Available August 1st, Casey Donahew & Callahan Divide to Perform

Early Pioneer Days is set to kick off on September 16th and 17th with family fun, competitions and concerts on Saturday night.  Concert tickets will go on sale August 1st.  The Early Pioneer Days Presidential Sponsors: Creative Image Laser Solutions, KTAB/KRBC/Bigcountyhomepage.com and Bruner Auto are excited to bring 2016 Early Pioneer Days to Early, TX.

A local favorite, Callahan Divide will open for Casey Donahew on Saturday, September 17th.  Gates will open at 6:30 p.m. with a local favorite Callahan Divide taking the stage at 8:30 p.m., and Texas music sensation Casey Donahew will take the stage at 10 p.m. The TexasBank fireworks show will conclude the two day event.

Beginning Monday, August 1st, advance sale concert tickets will be available for $15 each and can be purchased at the Early Chamber of Commerce, KOXE, and Wendlee Broadcasting or online at www.earlychamber.com.

Concert goers can bring chairs or blankets and bring their own cooler for $10 with no glass bottles.

This marks the 4th year for Early Pioneer Days.  This festival-style event has seen tremendous growth over the last three years and this year will be no different, according to organizers.  Additions such as State Farm Pioneer Man Contest, county fair theme contest: pie and hot dog eating contest as well as sack races, three legged races, wheel barrel races, horse shoes and washers.  The event kicks off on Friday, September 16th with the South Park Medical Plaza BBQ Cook-off.  The cook-off is a Lone Star Sanctioned event.
