BarktoberfestLogoThe inaugural Barktoberfest community event is scheduled for Saturday, October 22nd at the Depot Civic & Cultural Center Plaza and will offer a variety of activities – all to support a good cause.

Barktoberfest will be an all-day event featuring food and craft vendors, pet friendly activities, contests, and more until 5 PM on event day.  After 5 PM, the Depot grounds will gear up for the festive “Octoberfest” style dinner, beer gardens and Texas country music.  Bands to be featured include Prophets and Outlaws, Callahan Divide, Bush Holloway Band and Last Dance Band.

Sponsors and VIP will have exclusive access to reserved seating, wine selections, photo booth, silent auction packages and more.   A limited number of sponsorships are still available.   Ticket information will be available in the coming months.

Proceeds for this Canine Cats Uncorked event will benefit the PAWS program at the Ron Jackson SJCC.

For more information about the event or to become a sponsor, visit the Barktoberfest Facebook page or call Leona Cleveland at 325-203-0261 for more information.
