Wednesday, July 13

*9:40 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Bowie Circle regarding a welfare check.  According to the report, this call led to the discovery of a physical domestic assault with injury which had occurred on July 10, 2016 at approximately 11:00 p.m.  The subjects were separated and the incident of assault family violence was documented.

Thursday, July 14

*1:37 PM – A Brownwood Police officer met with a complaint at the law enforcement center regarding a civil matter.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her estranged husband allegedly stole her vehicle that was purchased before their marriage.

*6:26 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2800 block of Coggin Avenue regarding a domestic assault.  According to the report, the assault occurred on July 10, 2016.

*11:48 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Southside Drive.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 37-year-old Gary Wynn Franqui of Brownwood for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more, driving while license invalid without financial responsibility and resist arrest, search or transport.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48-year-old Regina Kay Browning of Brownwood on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Karleigh Kay Hurles of Katy, Texas on warrants related to retaliation enhanced and harassment of a public servant.

Friday, July 15

*12:09 AM – A Brownwood Police officer observed a vehicle hit a curb in the 100 block of E. Commerce Street and then swerve from lane to lane.  According to the report, a stop was made which resulted in the arrest of 23-year-old Jesse Graviel Jaurequi III for driving while intoxicated with previous convictions.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement jail records.
