John Robert “Robin” Marshall, Jr.

MarshallJohnRobertJrCelebration of Life for John Robert “Robin” Marshall, Jr., age 61, of Brownwood will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016, from 2-4 p.m. at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel. Robin’s wishes were to be cremated. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.

Robin passed away Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Abilene Regional Medical Center.

Robin, son of John “Bob”, Sr. and Peggy (Hamby) Marshall, was born May 18, 1955, in Brownwood, Texas. He worked in the Austin area for many years; he was currently working at G4S in Brownwood as a Juvenile Correctional Officer. Robin was a great man and will be missed by many.

Robin is survived by his parents, Bob and Peggy Marshall; 2 daughters, Kerri Marshall Koenig and husband Lars of Lubbock, and Bobye Marshall Powell of Brownwood; 3 granddaughters, Lily and Calleigh Koenig of Lubbock, and Ryleigh Powell of Bangs. He is also survived by his sister, Jamye Anglin and husband Kenneth of Temple; son-in-law, Bryan Powell of Bangs; nephew, Jordan Anglin of Houston; and several cousins.
