Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the BROWN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT will convene on the 20th day of June, 2016 at 9:00 A.M., in the Brown County Commissioners Courtroom:

A.  Opening Prayer
B.  Reading and approval of Minutes
C.  Recognition of Visitors
D.  Matter of New Business to be presented to the Court for its consideration and action as appropriate. Items may not be taken in the order that they are listed.

1.  Joel Kelton, Pct 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;

2.  Karen Opiela, Elections Administrator – Consideration and possible approval to purchase 25 used/reconditioned Electronic Voting Units from Hart Intercivic;

3.  Karen Opiela, Elections Administrator – Consideration and possible approval to hire up to 2 temporary/part-time employees, on an as needed basis;

4.  Larry Traweek, Pct 4 – Application to install private line, CR 569;

5.  Ray West – Presentation to Brown County Historical Society;

6.  Sheriff’s Office – Employee changes;

7.  Gary Worley, Pct 1 – Consideration and possible approval to purchase used pickup;

8.  Larry Traweek, Pct 4 – Discussion regarding FEMA & CETRZ funding;

E.  Reports
F.  Consideration and Approval of bills
G.  Approval of Treasurer’s/Auditor’s Report
H.  Adjournment or recess

 

Supplemental Agenda:

1.  Jennifer Robison, County Auditor – Consideration and possible approval for payment of the County Attorney administrative employees’ salaries from the general fund;

 

Supplemental Agenda (Court to convene at 10:45 a.m. on June 20th)

1.  Todd Steele, Brown County Bar Association – Consideration and possible permission for a presentation on the south porch of the Courthouse on July 1, 2016 in commemoration of Independence Day.
