Our sweet and kind Mother, Bonnie Louise Ivey, 88 years, went to be with Jesus on May 27th, 2016.
Preceded in death by husband Richard Byron Ivey; her father Virley Whitmire and her mother Clara Whitmire; her sisters Francis Green, Virlene Roberson, brothers Gerald Whitmire, Robert Whitmire, and Sonny Whitmire.
She is survived daughter Sherrie Ivey, son Rick Ivey and daughter-in-law, Melissa. Grandchildren Traci Thacker and husband Michael Thacker, Damon Rayburn and girlfriend Nina Ballejo; great-grandchildren Amber Barrow, Michael Damon Thacker, Kara Rayburn, Kelsey Elliott, and Dustin Edmiston; great-great grandchildren Kaci and Staci Barrow; sisters-in-law of LaCosta Ivey, Margaret Todd, Barbara Ivey and Bonnie Whitmire; brother-in-law John Roberson, and numerous extended family.
We all miss her very much.
