Felony Offenders Sentenced in District Court

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Daniel Quintanella, Sr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Floyd Bryant Ware pled guilty to the felony offense of Robbery and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Andrew Thrasher pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone and Possession of Marijuana-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

David Robles Ortega, Jr., pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of Child Pornography and Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Brandon Hobbs pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 8 Years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Coiley T-Shane Burns pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and Assault Family Violence – Occlusion and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
