Early Middle School Robotics team #Power competed at the TCEA State Arena Robotics competition on April 30th at Hutto High School.

The team consisting of Chevy Fulton, Kannon Vogt, Austin Ortiz and Ty McConn placed 14th among 58 teams from various school sizes.  This is the second year in a row this team has participated in the state robotics meet and the 6th year in a row EMS has had teams at the state meet.  The team is coached by EMS science teacher Mrs. Tami Hull.

To compete at the state meet, a robotics team must score in the top 60 of hundreds of teams trying to qualify to attend the state competition.
