Felony Offenders Sentenced in District Court

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Racheal Ann Anderson aka Rachael Ann Baker, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Drug Free Zone, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Phillip Lemons, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Charles David Fry, on probation for the felony offense of Sexual Assault of a Child, was adjudicated and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Terrence Alonzo Jackson, on probation for the felony offense of Continuous Violence Against Family, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Carlo Gossett, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Alesha Michelle Mallone, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.  Further, Mallone, on probation for two separate state jail felony offenses of Burglary of a Building, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Brandon Markel Monroe, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Eric Babcock, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was adjudicated and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jose Ochoa Pesina, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger, was revoked and sentenced to 19 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Anthony Thomas Lumpkin, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Brian Harwell aka Justin Dale Locklear, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Angie Kay Moores, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Brooke Nicole Lewis, on probation for the state jail felon offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
