EarlyPioneerDaysLogoEarly Chamber of Commerce invites the public to volunteer during the annual Pioneer Days festival in Early.  A volunteer rally will be held at the Early Chamber of Commerce, located at 104 E. Industrial Drive in Early, on Wednesday March 30th at noon.  Pioneer Days will take place September 16 & 17.

Chamber officials encourage citizens and businesses to get connected with the Early Community by joining the Early Chamber of Commerce and helping to make one of the City’s largest events a success. For the past three years, the Early Chamber of Commerce has relied on volunteers to help plan and execute Early Pioneer Days. With many different volunteer committees, there is something for everyone and a variety of volunteer skills are needed.  Early Pioneer Days provides memorable opportunities and the event’s success depends on dedicated community volunteers.

A lunch will be provided during the volunteer rally.  Please RSVP by calling Denise Hudson at 325-649-9317 or emailing denise@earlytx.com.  Those unable to attend Wednesday, but would like to volunteer may call or email Denise.

At the rally there will be sign-up sheets for the different volunteer committees.  For more information about volunteering at Early Pioneer Days before the event, please call Denise at 325-649-9317.
