Brown County Water Improvement District welcomed their newest lake patrolman during their regular meeting Tuesday afternoon.

Henry McGowen, legal counsel for the Brown County Water Improvement District administered the oath of office to new lake patrol officer Kelly Barclay during the board’s Tuesday afternoon meeting.

Barclay joins the Brown County Water Improvement District’s Lake Patrol, after serving many years in the Brownwood Police Department.
