Early City Council Meeting – Tuesday, March 8, 2016 – 6 PM at Early City Hall

A.  Call to order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance

B.  Consideration of the minutes of regular meeting held on February 6, 2016.

C.  Citizen’s comments (Citizens are invited to speak to the Council on any topic not already on the agenda.  No Council action may be taken)

D.  Public Hearing

1.  Consider a request for a 3-foot variance to place a carport at 113 Salt Creek Drive.  By Larry McConn.

2.  Consider a request for a sign variance to place a changeable electronic variable sign on the property at 300 Early Blvd.  By Larry McConn

E.   Matters of New Business

1.  Consider adopting an ordinance 2016-03, cancelling the General Election for May 7, 2016 and declaring the unopposed candidates as elected.  By Mayor Bob Mangrum

2.  Review and consider for approval the City of Early Investment Policy and Strategy as adopted by Ordinance 2005-21, December 13, 2005.  By Tony Aaron
