Brookesmith student Madellyne Adams recently participated in the San Antonio Livestock Show and won Reserve Grand Champion Heifer on February 22nd.  The Red Brangus heifer she showed is one of Don and Stephanie Bostick’s heifers, Bostick’s Ruby.

Madellyne is a member of the Brown County 4-H.  She also shows steers and this year she showed goats.  Madellyne is the daughter of Skip and Shey Adams of Brookesmith.

“Madellyne is a very hard working young lady with a great future ahead of her.  We could not be more proud of the Adams family and the work they have done to get the heifer to where she is at,” said Stephanie Bostick.  “We look forward to watching Madellyne show the heifer in Houston on March 12th.”
