Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the BROWN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT will convene on the 16th day of February, 2016 at 9:00 A.M., in the Brown County Commissioners Courtroom:

A.  Opening Prayer
B.  Reading and approval of Minutes
C.  Recognition of Visitors
D.  Matter of New Business to be presented to the Court for its consideration and action as appropriate. Items may not be taken in the order that they are listed.

1.  Joel Kelton, Pct 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;

2.  Mechail Cox, Emergency Management Coordinator – Report on Code Red;

3.  Gary Worley, Pct 1 – Application to install new water line, CR 231;

4.  Gary Worley, Pct 1 – Application to install new water line, CR 226;

5. Vance Hill, Chief Deputy – Present Racial Profiling report;

6.  Vance Hill, Chief Deputy – Consideration and possible approval to purchase equipment for Ford Explorers;

7.  Ray West, County Judge – Consideration and possible approval for hiring and salary of Elections Administrator;

8.  Nina Cox, County Auditor – Consideration and possible approval of courthouse security overtime;

9.  Ray West, County Judge – Consideration and possible approval of Resolution for preservation of historic bridge on CR 225 on Clear Creek;

10.  Ray West, County Judge – Consideration and possible approval of Amendment to the Advance Funding Agreement for preservation and adaptive use of historic bridge;

E.  Reports
F.  Consideration and Approval of bills
G.  Approval of Treasurer’s/Auditor’s Report
H.  Adjournment or recess
