Law enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, January 28, 2016.

Wednesday, January 27

*10:10 AM – Brownwood Police received a report of a missing person.  An investigation was begun, according to the report.

2:44 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 100 block of Market Place Blvd regarding theft.  According to the report, during a burglary which was believed to have happened sometime the previous week, a leaf blower and a power washer were stolen.  The total value of the items was estimated at $450.

*3:18 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Austin Avenue regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant’s wallet was stolen Tuesday while he was at Coggin Park.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Nicholas Cody Brooks Grady of Elgin, Texas on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Gabriel Isaac Herrera of Comanche, Texas on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.

*Early Police arrested 20-year-old Justin Allen Jordy of Zephyr for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

*Bangs Police arrested 27-year-old Jessica Munsell of Bangs on warrants related to speeding greater than 10%, 46 mph in a 30 mph zone and violate promise to appear.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Rachel Nicole Perez of Coleman on a warrant related to motion to revoke/securing execution of document by deception.
