Over $2000 dollars was raised from the sale of 39 items at the 12 banking locations.

“The Brownwood Area FCA wishes to thank all purchasers for their support of coaches and athletes in their respective communities,” said Area Director Tony Daniel in a press release.  “Brownwood Area FCA also wants to thank all the banks that supported the fundraiser by allowing use of their foyers to set up the displays and to allow their customers to purchase the sports memorabilia to fund FCA camp attendance for coaches and athletes.”

Participating banks included Citizens National Bank in Brownwood, Coleman County State Bank in Coleman, Comanche National Bank in Comanche, Commercial National Bank in Brady, Farmers & Merchants Bank in Early, Mills County State Bank at their Brownwood, Early and Goldthwaite locations and Texas Bank at their Brownwood main location, Bangs and Comanche locations.

The funds raised at the various locations are identified for athletes and coaches in their respective communities for camp attendance funds. Athlete camp registration run between $300 and $400, depending upon the camp chosen, and coach camp registration runs $350 for an individual coach, $700 for a coach and spouse and around
