rangercollegelogoRanger College is currently enrolling students for their Spring semester, now through Friday, January 15th.

Ranger’s Brown County campus serves Brownwood, Early, and the surrounding area, offering general education, continuing education, nursing, and cosmetology courses.

“Ranger College offers a complete curriculum in the first two years of any academic program, offering day and night programs,” explained Ranger College President Dr. Bill Campion.

The Ranger College School of Cosmetology, located at 203 Fisk Street in Brownwood, is dedicated to quality education and a vision for improvement in the cosmetology industry.  The Brownwood campus was established in June 1984.

“In this industry (cosmetology), there are always jobs waiting, good paying jobs,” said Dr. Campion.  “We have excellent instructors in the school of cosmetology and there is a lot of financial aid available.”

Campion encourages those interested in starting or completing a course of study to register now, see what financial aid is available and begin the new year at Ranger College’s Brown County campus.

Ranger College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award the associate degree.  With campuses in Ranger, Brown County, Erath County, and Olney, Ranger offers a variety of locations for students in the central Texas area.

Ranger College welcomes all students. Recent developments in post-secondary education have eliminated practically all barriers to training beyond high school, according to their website. Their mission is “to provide teaching and learning opportunities through academics, developmental education, workforce programs, and continuing education, empowering individuals to become responsible members of the local and global community.”

Ranger College offers programs and individual courses in both academic and workforce education.  CLICK HERE for more information about Ranger College and courses available or call 325-641-5726 for the Brown County campus and 325-646-0022 for the school of cosmetology.
