The American Southwest Conference today announced its weekly women’s basketball awards and Howard Payne University guard Danyel Bradley was named the West Division Player of the Week for the second time this season.
Senior guard Danyel Bradley led the Lady Jackets with an average of 19 points and 8.5 rebounds over two games. Bradley recorded 3.5 assists per game and shot 50 percent (13-for-26) from the field. She had 22 points and 11 rebounds in a conference road victory over No. 22 Texas Dallas.
This is the second time this season Bradley has been honored.
