David Early Police Chief Mercer was the guest speaker at Thursday morning’s regular weekly meeting of the Pecan Valley Kiwanis Club.

Mercer presented information on the DREAM program (formally D.A.R.E.) and other activities of the Early Police Department.

“Mercer and his staff do a great job, and we appreciate them very much,” said Don Holland of the Pecan Valley Kiwanis Club.
