Mrs. Terrill’s Algebra 1 students at Brownwood High School have the new Texas Instruments Ti-Nspire calculators in their hands and are using them daily in preparation for the Algebra 1 STAAR Exam.

Thanks to the BISD school board, BHS has over 100 of the advanced graphing calculators on campus and have ordered enough so that every freshman will have one before the test in May.

“I am so excited to have the new TI Inspire calculators available to my students,” said Melani Terrill. “They thrive on new technology and I’ve seen increased student enthusiasm and homework completion in my classes.”
