LECSmLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Wednesday and Thursday, November 11-12, 2015.

Tuesday, November 10

*7:43 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 4500 block of Danhil Drive regarding theft.  According to the report, a male subject stole a trailer which had a welder on it during the overnight hours.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*7:57 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Coggin Avenue regarding theft.  According to the report, suspects in a 4-door passenger car pumped $20.65 in gas into their vehicle and left without paying.  An investigation is underway.

*9:56 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding fraud.  According to the report, the complainant stated that someone had hacked into their account and stole a large amount of money.

*8:26 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of 9th Street regarding a hit and run accident.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Aureliano Aranda of Odessa, Texas on a warrant related to theft by check.  Aranda was later released on $10,000 bond.

*Brownwood Police arrested 24-year-old Bradley Alan Dalton of Brownwood on a warrant related to a parole violation.

*43-year-old Ana Lilia Delacruz of Comanche turned herself in on a warrant related to tamper with government records – insurance document.

Wednesday, November 11

*12:26 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the law enforcement center where an officer spoke with the complainant regarding his son being assaulted by another male juvenile in the middle school cafeteria.

*12:36 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Cottage Street regarding a sexual assault which had occurred weeks earlier.  An investigation is ongoing.

*1:24 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 600 block of 3rd Street regarding theft.  According to the report, a female complainant stated that her mother’s landlord had taken some of her mother’s property out of her apartment without permission.

*1:31 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a complainant who stated that a copy of her debit card was used without her consent at a Wal-Mart in Caldwell, Texas causing a loss of $204.99 from the complainant’s account.

*10:43 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3400 block of Vincent Street regarding harassment.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Lillian Baker of Bangs on a warrant related to a surety withdrawal/possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

*Brownwood Police arrested 19-year-old Donald Stephan Glenn on a warrant related to theft of property less than $100.

*31-year-old Victoria Kathryn Holloway of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to motion to revoke/possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.

*Brownwood Police arrested 21-year-old Trevolia Jaleel Rudd of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/surety warrant related to tamper fabricate physical evidence.  Rudd was being held in the Brown County Jail on $10,000 bond as of Thursday morning.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 17-year-old Dakota Lee Sharp on warrants related to theft and failure to appear.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Jerrod Levi Stembridge of Bangs on a warrant related to delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
