Law enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, September 15, 2015.

Monday, September 14

*10:05 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the fuel lines on their vehicle had been cut.   A suspect has been identified, the report states.

*10:18 AM – Brownwood Police spoke with a complainant via telephone and regarding a civil matter.  According to the report, a known suspect broke into her room and stole her dogs.

*11:09 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding an assault.  According to the report, a known suspect had assaulted him the evening prior to this date.

*3:05 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 800 block of Rogan Street regarding an assault.  According to the report, a juvenile at a BISD elementary/secondary school was arrested for assaulting two classmate with a blunt object.  The juvenile was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center, the report states.

*5:47 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of 2nd Street regarding an assault.  According to the report, a known suspect entered the victim’s residence and assaulted her.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*8:29 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the theft of a vehicle in the 3700 block of Savoy Drive.

*10:47 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of 2nd Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, a suspect has been identified, and some items recovered; however, the complainant wished to pursue criminal charges.

*23-year-old Monica Salazar turned herself in on a warrant related to the burglary of a vehicle/probation amendment.

*A Texas Parks and Wildlife game warden arrested 29-year-old Bryan James Temple for driving while intoxicated/open container 2nd

* A Texas Parks and Wildlife game warden arrested 33-year-old Stephen Michael Temple for public intoxication.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
