LECSmLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, July 16, 2015.

Wednesday, July 15

*11:55 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of Lakeway Drive regarding disorderly conduct.  According to the report, the suspect is known.

*5:37 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the law enforcement center regarding an incident of theft in the 2400 block of Crockett Drive.  According to the report, items with an estimated value of more than $570 were stolen from the property.

*6:22 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Tannehill Street regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, an investigation is ongoing.

*8:20 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the report of a runaway juvenile from a residence on Wood Street.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Amber Nicole Bergman Allen of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52-year-old Thomas Wesley Bush of Rising Star on a warrant related to driving while license invalid.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Angela Kinsey of Brownwood for assault causes bodily injury family violence.

*A Texas Ranger arrested 47-year-old Cody Weinheimer of New Braunfels for theft of property equal or greater than $100,000 less than $200,000.  Weinheimer is being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Thursday, July 16

*Brownwood Police arrested 48-year-old Peter Walter Recknagel of Brownwood for assault family/house member impede breath/circulation and assault public servant.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Edna Rice for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams and unlawful carrying of weapon.  Rice was released from the Brown County Jail on bonds totaling $10,000.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
