Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the BROWN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT will convene on the 13th day of July, 2015 at 9:00 A.M., in the Brown County Commissioners Courtroom:

A.  Opening Prayer
B.  Reading and approval of Minutes
C.  Recognition of Visitors
D.  Matter of New Business to be presented to the Court for its consideration and action as appropriate. Items may not be taken in the order that they are listed.

1.  Joel Kelton, Pct 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;

2.  Justin Surratt, McKinstry – Consideration and possible approval of McKinstry Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESP) Contract via TIPS/TAPS interlocal procurement contract #2032714;

3.  Justin Surratt, McKinstry – Consideration and possible approval of McKinstry Directed Design Study (DDS) Contract via TIPS/TAPS interlocal procurement contract #2032714;

4.  Don King, County Surveyor – Consideration and possible approval for new control monuments;

5.  Don King, County Surveyor – Consideration and possible approval for helper to renovate plats;

6.  Don King, County Surveyor – Consideration and possible approval to purchase new software and computer;

7.  Sheriff’s Office – Consideration and possible approval for purchase of Pro-Style camera with housing and pedestal, 3 intercoms (1 with pedestal) and intercom control station plus installation;

8.  Sheriff’s Office – Employee changes;

9.  Ray West, County Judge – Consideration and possible approval to appoint David Alan Smith, M.D. to the Board of Trustees or the Center for Life Resources;

10.  Ray West, County Judge – Consideration and possible verification and confirmation of Proclamation of Emergency Declaration;

11.  Larry Traweek, Pct 4 – Application to install private line, CR 137;

12.  Nina Cox, County Auditor – Consideration and possible approval of phone system for Brown County Extension Service;

13.  Nina Cox, County Auditor – Presentation of financial statements;

E.  Reports
F.  Consideration and Approval of bills
G.  Approval of Treasurer’s/Auditor’s Report
H.  Adjournment or recess
