Mike Blagg, right, was presented with a certificate of appreciation for going “above and beyond duty” as treasurer of the Brownwood Rotary Club.

Outgoing club president Dion White, left, made the presentation before a slate of new officers for the 2015-16 year was installed July 1.  Blagg served as treasurer in the 2014-15, and was re-elected for the current year.
