Thursday, June 25

*12:24 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2200 block of Durham Avenue regarding a noise nuisance.  According to the report, loud music was coming from the apartment behind the residence and the vehicles around the residence.   This call led to the issuance of citations for minor in consumption of alcohol to several juvenile subjects, both male and female.

*1:22 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy assisted an Early Police officer with a traffic stop. During the course of the stop it was determined the passenger in the vehicle, identified as 39-year-old Tiffany Davida Allison of Brownwood, had outstanding City of Brownwood warrants for her arrest.  Allison was placed in the patrol vehicle handcuffed, and while the officer was inventorying the vehicle, Allison began yelling and hitting the windows from the back seat and hitting her face on the metal partition in the patrol vehicle, the report states.  In an attempt to prevent further injuries, the deputy rode in the backseat while Allison was transported to the jail, according to the report.  During transport, Allison was again able to strike her face against the partition several times despite the deputy’s attempt to stop her, the report states.  Allison had injured herself and was bleeding profusely upon arrival to the jail and was then transported to the BRMC emergency room for treatment of a broken nose, according to the deputy’s report.  She was later released and transported back to the Brown County Jail without further incident, the report states.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
