District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Crystal Marie Owen pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Kenneth Mark Timberlake pled guilty to the felony offenses of Driving While Intoxicated and Boating While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Jeremy Drake pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Dwayne Lewis Elms pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Robert Olmos pled guilty to the felony offense o f Credit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Terry Lee Reed, Jr. pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Burglary of a Building and Theft of Firearm and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division in each case.
